Hi all. Tis the season of colds, sniffles and flu's, which made me start wondering what kinds of things you do to boost the immunity system of kids? We tend to eat a lot of fruits and veggies here, I also increase their vitamin C intake, try to limit their intake of white flour, sugar etc and make sure that they're drinking lots of water. Any other ideas? The school has been needle happy around here, trying to convince me to get the flu shot for the kids; I've said no to that, but would feel really guilty if they did get very ill with it. So...any suggestions on what to brew up? Thanks!
