Just had to share a fun discovery I had recently. I was cleaning out my office and looking through some old boxes when I came across my mother's old deck
of fortune telling cards. I was curious, hadn't seen them in probably 30 years! The deck is by Zolar, Zolar's Planetary Fortune Telling Cards. There
are only 32 cards in the deck with a 3 phase layout that is rather complicated to get the hang of but it was fun to do some test readings with them. I did one
for each of my daughters and one for myself, by then I had the hang of the deck. They are rare and out of print so this was a real treat to come across them in
an old cigar box as I'd totally forgotten about them.
I did a Google search on them and found some information about Zolar, an astrologer from New York who was born in the late 1890's. If anyone's interested here's a link to a bit of a bio on him: Zolar It's just sort of fun to see what Mom dabbled in popping up and knowing her she wanted me to find them.

copyright to it. Came complete with a tattered instruction sheet so I have something new to add to my divination tools -- new but old at the same time, I'm
enjoying the find and just wanted to share.

Well it wasn't the office per se, just the box things were in that
had been packed that long. I need to not store things like that. Guess that's what got me cleaning though!
